AP Education is partnering with local authorities in Ipswich to provide 1:1 support for children and young people with SEND/SEMH. You will work face-to-face with learners across key stages, delivering Maths, English, Science or SEND-specific support and preparing progress reports.
You will perform baseline assessments, liaise with SALT/OT/Social Workers where needed, and help learners transition to appropriate education settings. DBS disclosure is required.
