About the Role
As a key member of our Education Team, you'll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinators to ensure smooth, efficient and high quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high quality candidates
- Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Sending, tracking and chasing time sheets
- Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- A self starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal focused approach
- High attention to detail and strong initiative
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
