Expect to be asked how you'd handle certain situations with students. Think through some practical strategies you might use for behaviour management or tailored learning approaches. This will demonstrate your readiness to tackle real-life challenges.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t shy away from asking questions. Inquire about the support systems in place for tutors or how they measure student progress. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you gauge if it's the right fit for you.
