AP Education is seeking a Functional Skills Tutor to provide face-to-face 1:1 support for learners with SEND/SEMH in Hatfield Peverel and surrounding areas. You will deliver the Functional Skills curriculum to students from KS3 to KS4 and use positive strategies to manage behaviour while remaining patient and flexible.
You will complete baseline assessments, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with SALT, OT, or Social Workers as needed to support a multi-agency approach.
