AP Education in Daventry is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 2:1 support for learners with complex needs, including SEMH, autism, and other conditions.

You will work alongside a Tutor with students from Early Years to KS4, preparing learning materials and applying positive behaviour strategies.

The role offers term-time hours, up to 15-30 per week, with weekly pay and opportunities to liaise with external professionals as part of a multi-agency approach.
