AP Education is recruiting SEMH Tutors, Teachers and HLTA for Cheltenham and surrounding regions. You will provide face-to-face 1:1 support to learners with complex needs from Early Years to KS4, delivering core subjects or SEMH mentoring.
Role includes behaviour management, a therapeutic approach, baseline assessments, and detailed progress reporting. You’ll liaise with SALT/OT/Social Workers and manage attendance, helping students transition to mainstream or specialist settings.
