Team Coordinator – Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Employment type: Full time, 39 hours per week
Salary: £29,113.04 per annum
We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our friendly and welcoming team in Glasgow where you will have the opportunity to enhance people\’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person‑centred services providing a range of individualised support for our service users.
Qualifications and experience:
- SVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience working in a similar role in Health and Social Care.
- Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle due to the large locality we cover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that provides agreed levels of support to the people who use our services in order to achieve their individual goals.
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the support services that operate 24 hours a day.
- Arrange hours of work according to the needs of the service with the support of the Service Manager.
- Uphold our values, policies and procedures and act as a positive role model for the staff.
- Conduct weekly health and safety checks, financial checks, risk assessments and maintenance checks.
- Assist with staff management, rota organisation, supervision and appraisals.
- Support people by assisting with assessments and implementing care procedures that promote independence, welfare and inclusion.
- Maintain detailed records, report incidents and liaise with external agencies.
An enhanced Adult PVG application will be required for successful applicants.
