Female Support Worker – Driver Required
£11.44 per hour – Elsdon Mews South Shields
Permanent Contracted Hours: Full Time 39 hours per week
UK Driving License: You must hold a valid UK driving license to be considered for this role.
Minimum Contract: This role has a minimum contract of 26 hours a week covering all shift patterns.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role may include shift working, including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends. Sleepovers will include an allowance.
A typical shift would be between the hours of 8am – 9pm. All shifts are a minimum of 13 hours, with at least 2 shifts per week.

About the Role
At Elsdon Mews, we support 6 adults with learning disabilities in their own home, providing the necessary support for them to live an independent and fulfilling life.
As a Support Worker, you will assist people with daily living tasks, which may include domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, and meal preparation.
We deliver creative, dynamic, and person-centred services, providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
Real Life Options is a registered charity currently undergoing a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who genuinely want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.
Responsibilities
You must have the ability to follow detailed support plans to better enable the people we support.
Previous experience is desirable for this position, although full training will be provided.
A DBS check is required for this role.
