Job description: Do you pride yourself on having a caring nature and want a fulfilling role supporting people? You will be supporting two active gentlemen within our Supported living setting, taking them out in the community to local Zumba classes or walking in the National Trust Parks.
Responsibilities: As a support worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include:
- Domestic services
- Social support
- Help with finances
- Personal care
- Support with medication
- Meal preparation
Service description: We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties on a 1.1 basis.
About the Role: Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities and at times can display challenging behaviour. Therefore, you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach.
Contract details: Permanent Contracts: Full Time. Previous experience is essential, PEG full training will also be provided. Driving is desirable. An enhanced Adult and Child DBS is required for this role.
