Responsibilities
- Support individuals to access local and wider community, enjoy leisure and learning opportunities.
- Assist with daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, shopping, domestic services.
- Provide social support, personal care, medication support and meal preparation.
- Follow detailed support plans, manage challenging behaviour with autism, learning disabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with behaviours that can challenge.
- Ability to follow support plans.
- Driving licence – preferred but not essential.
- Enhanced Adult and Child DBS required.
- Circle 6 or more of: Honest, Good communicator, Strong values, Flexible, Passionate, Self‑motivated, Reliable, Caring, Inclusive.
