Job Title: Female Shift Lead
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 39 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.32

Responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day running of services.
- Participating in hands‑on support, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure consistent and effective service coverage.
- Providing staff supervision, observation, and ongoing performance management.
- Completing audits and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.
- Reporting and recording accidents and incidents accurately.
- Liaising with families, local authorities, and health professionals to ensure effective partnership working.
You will have dedicated off‑rota time to complete management and administrative tasks, in addition to working as part of the staff team when required.
Qualifications
- All applicants must have a SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
- Driving licence is preferred.
- Enhanced Adult PVG is required.
