Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and managing finances.
- Provide support with domestic services and social activities within the community.
- Deliver care to people with learning disabilities and autism, including coverage for sleep‑ins.
- Work flexible shifts – morning, evening, night, weekend and sleep‑over shifts, with a sleep‑over allowance.
- Participate in training through shadow shifts with experienced staff and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Minimum age 18.
- DBS check covering adults and children.
- Desirable: prior experience in domiciliary or supported living support.
