What The Day Will Look Like

  • As a Principal within the Health Solutions for Multinationals team you will drive strategic discussions with your clients, leveraging Aon’s wealth of experts, play a lead role in cross‑discipline new business pitches, and be accountable for the delivery of our services to your clients globally.
  • Lead multiple client account teams playing a highly visible client‑facing role.
  • Ensure client deliverables are of a consistently high standard.
  • Track performance across your client portfolio and provide feedback to leadership, helping to ensure continuous improvement for our clients.
  • Manage client‑related budgets involving consultant teams across the globe.
  • Play a central role in developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Contribute to developing new, innovative, employee benefits‑focused intellectual capital and solutions.
  • Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services.
  • Support our Aon United philosophy through continuous learning and collaboration within Aon, leveraging client and industry knowledge to bring all of Aon to our clients.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • 10+ years of experience working on complex multi‑country employee benefits‑related projects and relationships.
  • Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits including corporate transactions, employee benefits financing, benchmarking and global benefits governance.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long‑term client relationships.
  • Broad experience in managing stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and senior internal leadership.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally, and how these programmes are effectively governed and managed at a global level.
  • Solid understanding of core benefit programmes (Retirement, Risk, Medical).
  • Working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues using strong analytical skills.
  • Results‑orientated, accustomed to setting high standards and working in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deploy appropriate resources to meet tight deadlines.
