What the day will look like
The Transitions Operations Leader will lead third-party oversight and transition initiatives across Aon UK, driving operational excellence and transformation. Youu2019ll coordinate cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and ensure seamless implementation of transitions aligned with the Aon Business Services Operating Model.
This role includes managing relationships with strategic UK BPO partners, ensuring governance and performance against SLAs, and acting as a key escalation point. Youu2019ll collaborate with business and operations stakeholders, Global Supplier Management, and Legal teams to support contractual and delivery objectives.
Transition Management
Lead and manage transition projects from start to finish.
Develop strategies for smooth transitions and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to Aon methodologies.
Partner with Finance to monitor benefits realisation.
Third Party and Operations Leadership, Governance and Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Guide UK Operations leaders on third-party strategy and delivery.
Communicate clearly to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
Maintain governance and performance oversight of third-party suppliers, including Genpact.
Resolve escalations and support Centres of Excellence.
Drive automation and process improvements using the ABS service catalogue.
Ensure compliance with Aonu2019s Risk Management Framework, including risk assessments and ERM participation.
