What the day will look like:
- Client relationship management to include Special Risk brokerage and consulting, project management, financial projections, delivery of stewardship reports and other key deliverables.
- Provides technical expertise within the practice, has revenue responsibility, develops cross selling opportunities with other Aon practices and accountability for meeting all billable recovery goals and internal audit compliance requirements.
- Responsible for providing consulting services and guidance to large market clients.
- Managing the day‑to‑day work to serve the client needs, coordinate the client team, respond to client inquiries.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of the Special Risk practice and participates as needed on task forces and special project teams.
Specific areas of expertise needed for this position include:
- Domestic and multinational BTA plan design
- Rate analysis and strategy
- RFP development and response review
- Carrier negotiations
- Stewardship report preparation
- Benchmark analysis
- Client financial analysis and reporting
- Carrier contract reviews
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and work well with internal and external Aon client team members and be capable of working as a team member or independently based on the project. Reports to the Local Practice Leader.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $100K to $125K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Whether it is bonus/commission eligible:
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
