Enterprise Client Leader – Insurance Vertical
What the day will look like
The Enterprise (or Aon) Client Leader within the Insurance Vertical leads Aon’s relationships with key insurance sector clients, ensuring strong understanding of the industry and client needs. The role focuses on aligning Aon’s capabilities to client priorities, driving business results, managing key decision‑maker relationships, and supporting cross‑solution collaboration. The ECL/ACL oversees pipelines across ReSol, CRS and HC, promotes solid understanding of Aon’s offerings, and encourages proactive jeopardy management. They also ensure client engagement in flagship Aon events and represent Aon across industry forums.
Key skills include deep insurance industry knowledge, strong executive‑level relationship management, business and financial competence, strong communication skills and internal collaborator management, and consulting capability.
