What The Day Will Look Like
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-powered assessments and solutions.
- Applying principles of I-O psychology to ensure solutions are valid, reliable, and legally defensible.
- Developing and validating AI-based solutions to evaluate candidate competencies and skills.
- Analyzing assessment data to monitor and improve solution performance, fairness, and user experience.
- Staying current with research and best practices in both AI and I-O psychology, integrating new findings into solution development.
- Communicating findings and updates to internal stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner.
- Contributing to documentation, compliance, and ethical review processes regarding AI-based assessments.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Master's degree or higher in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Numerous years of relevant experience/training in both AI (e.g., GenAI/LLMS) and I-O psychology (e.g., psychometrics, assessment design).
- Demonstrated experience developing and validating assessments.
- Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and fairness considerations in AI and psychological assessment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in product development or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal guidelines and compliance in a talent assessment context (preferred).
- Prior work in HR technology or talent assessment products (preferred).
