What the day will look like:
- Manage a group of treaty clients, handle the account for renewal and day-to-day service.
- Manage client communication to understand client needs and develop into business opportunities.
- Reinsurers’ carrier management and placement.
- Organise client functions and other activities to promote Aon and team.
- Internal stakeholder management, effectively build a client service team.
- Supervise junior team members for training and development.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, of which minimum 5 years in the re-insurance industry.
- Good knowledge and understanding of treaty reinsurance, broking skills a plus.
- Ability to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor Degree or higher, quantitative majors or commerce majors a plus.
- Holders of Actuarial, Law, Re/Insurance professional qualification(s) a plus.
