What You’ll Do

  • Be a key player in delivering world-class service to clients, managing reinsurance premium and pro-rata accounting for multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Oversee premium transactions exceeding $50M and contribute to a team managing over $20B in ceded reserves annually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate settlements and reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex accounting issues and contract requirements.
  • Contribute to system improvements, strategic planning, and mentoring junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, accounting, claims, or client servicing.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail.

Pay Transparency and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $69,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
