Are you able to bring your knowledge and experience to provide co-ordinate and contribute to the development of US Casualty Construction business? What the day will look like:
- Providing advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available capacity, likely pricing, and coverage
- Working with clients on sophisticated, large capacity placements
- Assist in defining marketing strategy
- Lead quote broking / Follow market broking within Lloyd’s and European market
- Present terms to client / network
- Firm Order broking (PPL / wet stamps / email)
- Review draft / final MRC for binding
- Send Cover confirmation to Client / Network
- Host Client meetings with Underwriters
- Assist in managing and developing a growing pipeline of new business
- Assist in Relationship Management with our insurer partners
- Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
- Travel within the Aon Global network where required

The existing team is comprised of specialist placing brokers supported by a dedicated Client Service Team.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Significant experience in broking Construction Liability business, either in the US or International marketplace.
- Technical Insurance knowledge across US and/or International Casualty markets
- Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
- Experience of managing effective client relationships
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
