About the Role

As a senior broker, you will work with clients on complex, large capacity placements and provide expert advice on placement design, available coverage capacity, pricing, coverage enhancements and market progress within your scope of responsibility. Analyse clients’ reinsurance requirements and identify risk transfer solutions. Review and quality‑check reinsurance documentation. Negotiate best prices and capacity using your market expertise. Contribute to client satisfaction, retention and profitability. Act in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and comply with Aon UK Limited policies, including mandatory training.
