Aon is currently recruiting a Junior Claims Advocate to join our Reinsurance team in London.

About the role: As a Junior Claims Advocate, some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting claim negotiation and settlement on more complex claims.
  • Communicating and managing client expectations.
  • Building client relationships in tandem with Account Executive / Client Director.
  • Supporting carrier meetings for specific claims.
  • Identifying and reporting contract drafting problems and errors.
  • Supporting claims data analysis and reporting.
  • Quality control of claims information.

About you: Your skills and expertise:

  • Previous experience in project management and administration.
  • Understanding of claims process and insurance industry.
  • Claims experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
