Aon is seeking an experienced Reinsurance Business Analyst to join our team in the UK. This is a Hybrid position, based anywhere in the UK. The DXC SICS Application Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the DXC SICS (Swiss Insurance Claims System) application to support reinsurance and insurance claims management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, processes, and terminology.
- Configure SICS or similar reinsurance software.
- Work within the Insurance & Reinsurance industry, understanding underwriting, claims, and accounting.
- Manage reinsurance treaties, contracts, and claims processes.
- Implement and support Policy Admin Systems and GL integrations.
- Possess knowledge of SICS / Assure (highly desirable).
- Manage business change initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience with configuring and training users on SICS reinsurance software.
- Ability to analyze and resolve SICS system issues.
- Assist with complex contact analysis and system enhancements.
- Test system upgrades, log defects, and manage resolutions.
