People Analytics Associate Consultant - EMEA Based

Would you like to work in an emerging and fast growing area of analytics?
Could you use a vast database of proprietary datasets and work with client data to answer questions, such as: how do I acquire the best people? How and where should I deploy them? How do I develop and retain my best talent? How do I drive growth and business performance?
The best part – this role can be based anywhere in EMEA. We have offices in London, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France and Portugal!

What the day will look like- Leverage Aon’s proprietary datasets to deliver innovative analytics solutions to drive business results and better client outcomes including:
- Pay Transparency & Pay equity analytics – support the Pay Transparency strategy of our clients. Use statistical analysis to provide pay equity insights for our Clients, investigate pay gaps, develop remediation strategies based on the Client’s needs and in line with available budget and other existing policies
- Skills analytics – use Aon’s skills database to build, clean, and deliver high quality skills taxonomies tailored to our Client needs
- Skilled storyteller – lead client conversations using data and industry insights and communicates complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
- Employ strong consulting skills and business insights to support sales conversations with current and prospective clients and act as a trusted senior client advisor
- Contribute to the development of existing and new products, analyses and projects, with limited guidance from senior team members. Thinks strategically about the implications of analytical findings for clients’ businesses
This role is part of the People Analytics group offering consulting services to clients around the globe. As a member of this team and Aon’s broader Human Capital Solutions business, you will use your unique mix of analytical and business skills to support the conversation with our clients by articulating compelling and engaging data-driven stories. You will have direct involvement with client engagements, support the business development process, and you will contribute to building our intellectual property.
Skills and experience that will lead to success- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related field
- Proven consulting or client facing experience
- Ability to use data and analytics to solve business problems
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI)
- Can apply statistical analysis to client problems (e.g. machine learning, Python, R)
- A passion for telling stories through data to non-technical audiences
- Desire to learn how to apply data & analytics to drive Talent & HR decisions
