NFP, part of the Aon group, is hiring a Customer Services Executive to support our pensions team in the UK.
You will deliver high standards of customer service for pension administration to not-for-profit clients, following and updating procedures, and assisting with training new staff.
The role requires experience in customer services, knowledge of pensions administration, and proficiency with Excel, MS Teams and Outlook. CII qualifications are desirable.
