What You\’ll Be Doing
Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.

What We\’re Looking For
Strong pensions consulting experience.Deep understanding of defined benefit pensions and regulatory frameworksProven track record to lead complex programmes across multiple stakeholders.Experience in strategic relationship management, project / programme governance and reporting, risk and dependency management, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement.Ability to provide strategic recommendations and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Professional qualifications such as APMI, FIA, PRINCE2, MSP or similar
