Are you ready to make an impact in the dynamic world of reinsurance? Aon is seeking a Broker to join our Reinsurance Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute in developing and structuring innovative risk transfer and capital solutions for our clients (cedents/syndicates/MGAs) and engaging with markets globally to place these structures. Knowledge of Lloyds is helpful and so is the desire to add, contribute and learn. As a Broker, you will be part of the team in delivering capital-efficient solutions by using Aon's extensive industry expertise and network wide capabilities. The role is for someone who is passionate about problem-solving and relationship management in a high impact environment.

About the Role:
- Strategic Broking and Advisory: Collaborate with a high performing team to develop and implement strategic broking projects / reinsurance strategies for clients.
- Market and Business Development: Contribute to proposals, implement go-to-market strategies and develop business growth initiatives.
- Client-Centric Problem-Solving: Understand client challenges and develop tailored high impact recommendations.
- Data Analytics and Market Submissions: Collect, analyse and prepare data for critical client submissions.
- Market Strategy and Broking Execution: Support and contribute to development of market presentations and broking strategies to secure efficient results.
- Portfolio Management and Growth: Facilitating broking and renewal of existing portfolios while identifying and developing new opportunities.
- Contract and Documentation Review: Ensure accuracy, in endorsements, info packs, slips to meet regulatory and client standards.
- Building Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, reinsurers and market collaborators.
- Independence and Agility: Take ownership of projects while collaborating with Aon teams in a fast paced environment.
- Bringing to bear Aon's Global Capabilities: Collaborating with global teams across business lines to improve the value of Aon's extensive re/insurance and capital advisory expertise.
