What the day will look like
- You will help support complex risk transfer and retrocession programmes.
- You will partner with client teams and a range of interested parties to deliver high-quality analysis, insight, and service.
- A typical day may include:
- Using your initiative, knowledge and collaboration with the client teams to advise and support your clients' objectives across a wide range of Insurance Risks and Programmes.
- Analysing and preparing data to provide key information to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with global clients and other service providers including brokers, actuaries, auditors, risk consultants and other insurance companies.
- Engaging with senior key business stakeholders.
- Getting involved in ad hoc projects aimed at business generation, enhancing client service and/or improving operational efficiency.
- Supporting the underwriting process at renewal and throughout the year.
- Preparing for and participating in client Board Meetings.
- Drafting and reviewing insurance/reinsurance documentation including policies and reinsurance agreements.
- Preparing quarterly and annual regulatory reporting submissions.

In this role, you will have direct exposure to global clients, senior internal stakeholders and a broad spectrum of insurance and reinsurance solutions. You will collaborate closely with specialist brokers, actuaries, underwriters, finance and risk consultants, giving you a unique, end‐to‐end view of the client journey.
You’ll be supported by experienced leaders and subject matter experts who will help you build deep technical knowledge while also giving you the autonomy to own client deliverables and contribute to strategic projects. - Experience or strong interest in insurance, reinsurance, risk management, or a related financial/analytical field.
- Strong analytical, numerical and data-handling skills, capable of drawing insights and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
