The key role of the Senior Growth Manager is to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients. Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.
Day to day, this includes:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic UK accounts – these might have a global aspect too, so expect to collaborate with global teams.
