What the day will look like:

  • Balance people leadership with client and project delivery responsibilities, supporting your team while managing complex Global Benefits initiatives.
  • Manage the team’s workload in line with capacity and stakeholder priorities.
  • Mentor, engage and develop team members, balancing individual goals with business needs.
  • Take ownership of people management and related administrative responsibilities.
  • Prepare and analyze reports and metrics required by business leaders.
  • Deliver services within a Global Benefits specialization (e.g. Consulting, Brokerage, Expat).
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of new tools.
  • Support and lead GB transition, optimization, and change management projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational or stakeholder-related issues.
