You’ll have international exposure working with clients and Aon teams across the world, with the autonomy to shape solutions and market presence. Our close‐knit Amsterdam team operates within a broader EMEA network, creating a multicultural environment with real scope to make your mark. Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 10–20 years' relevant experience in consulting (ideally benefits/international HR) or the (global) employee benefits insurance market.
  • Hands‐on expertise with multinational pooling, global underwriting, and EB captives.
  • Proven client leadership & business development—able to grow portfolios, build internal/external networks, and act at senior stakeholder level.
