We’re hiring. Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Broker / Associate Director to join the Industrial Property team, which forms part of the wider Property practice within our Global Broking Centre. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business specific to Pulp & Paper industries within the Lloyd’s and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.

What the day will look like:
- To support the Team Leader in ensuring that the team work as a cohesive unit meeting all service requirements agreed with the Aon offices and Insurers.
- Manage/broke your own portfolio of accounts including both renewals and new business from initial enquiry through to the handing over of the placing slip to the processing/documentation team.
- Developing / driving the placement strategy for each account.
