We are currently recruiting a Senior Casualty Broker, Reinsurance Treaty, to join our North American Casualty team in London. Aon is in the business of better decisions. About the Role:
- Working with clients on complex, large capacity placements
- Providing advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements and market progress within scope of responsibility
- Analysing clients’ reinsurance requirements, collect and analyse information to identify risk transfer solutions
- Reviewing and quality check reinsurance documentation
- Negotiating the best prices and capacity using knowledge, expertise, and market presence for desired cover where appropriate
- Contributing to ongoing client satisfaction, retention, and profitability
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company
