You will lead in the moment, bring clarity to pursuits, and move strategic initiatives forward across stakeholders and regions. What the day will look like

Your day will focus on helping teams win. You will connect buyer needs to a clear pursuit story, strengthen the quality of client-facing materials, and coach colleagues through critical moments in live opportunities.

  • Shape the pursuit story for priority opportunities by clarifying buyer needs, win strategy, and narrative.
  • Build and refine storyboards, proposals, and presentations that articulate Aon's differentiated value.
  • Translate technical content into clear, client-ready messaging.
  • Guide structure and design so visuals and content work together.
  • Coach teams on positioning, messaging, and presentation readiness for live pursuits.
  • Coordinate across solution lines and regions to align experts and keep messaging consistent.
  • Guide and mentor junior colleagues.

This is not a support from the sidelines role. You will work directly with leaders on live opportunities, challenge the story, strengthen how we show up to buyers, and help build the standards and tools the team will use as we grow.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong commercial storytelling and writing: proven ability to turn complex solutions into clear, differentiated client narratives for proposals, presentations, and executive audiences.
  • Sales enablement or pursuit experience: experience supporting live opportunities, proposals/RFPs, or strategic initiatives that drive growth.
  • Influence across stakeholders: comfortable challenging thinking respectfully, aligning diverse views, and driving decisions in a matrix environment.
  • Build-from-scratch mindset: able to create practical templates, standards, and ways of working, then improve them as the team scales.
  • Facilitation and training delivery: able to design and deliver practical enablement sessions (live or virtual) that drive skill adoption and improve performance in real opportunities.
  • Partner with a project manager under pressure: apply a strong sales lens and quality challenge while coordinating multi-contributor deliverables on tight timelines.
  • Develop others: coach and mentor junior colleagues to strengthen client-ready writing, storytelling, and execution.
