Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience delivering complex client solutions? Looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a global organisation? This is a UK-based fixed-term contract (6 months) role within our Health & Benefits team, offering flexibility to work in a hybrid way, combining virtual working with time in a local Aon office in line with our smart working policy.

What the day will look like

As a Project Manager within Client Service Delivery (Health & Benefits), you will play a key role in delivering the Activate solution to our EMEA and global client base. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and governance standards while driving successful client outcomes.

  • Lead the delivery of Activate solution projects across EMEA and global clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
  • Support client onboarding, solution deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives within Health & Benefits.
