What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.
- Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.
- Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.
- Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.
- Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
- Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.
- Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong pensions consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of defined benefit pensions and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record to lead complex programmes across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic relationship management, project/programme governance and reporting, risk and dependency management, policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
- Professional qualifications such as APMI, FIA, PRINCE2, MSP or similar.
