What The Day Will Look Like

  • Lead the Employee Experience relationship for selected Enterprise clients, maximise renewal, grow from existing opportunities and introduce new solution lines.
  • Lead client directors to ensure a coordinated approach to client management to retain and expand client services for key Aon Employee Experience clients.
  • Maintain and grow revenue for the team from increased renewal and new from existing revenue.
  • Collaborate with leadership of ABS, Health & Risk and other Aon support services to ensure best practice throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership in the execution of the 3 x 3 strategy for the Employee Experience business by owning delivery and onboarding of new services, capabilities & ways of working.
  • Utilise your business network (internal and external) to generate new opportunities for Human Capital and Risk Capital.
  • Work closely with the Human Capital Sales team on all stages of the business development process.
