To strengthen our Cyber team in Zurich, we are looking for an engaged, structured, and communicative personality as a Junior Cyber Broker (80%-100%, m/f/d).
Your main tasks:
- Support in the analysis of cyber risks and the development and implementation of cyber insurance solutions
- Contribute to the strategic design of our clients' risk and insurance strategies
- Prepare market inquiries, offers, presentations, and decision-making bases for clients
- Support senior brokers in placements, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Participate in marketing, communication, and sales initiatives in the SME and large customer segments
- Assist in professional events, client meetings, and internal projects
- Provide structured administrative and organisational support to the Cyber team
- Contribute to internal efficiency, process, and development projects
Your profile:
- Initial professional experience in the insurance environment (e.g., broker, insurer, consulting, or internal service)
- Completed or ongoing training in the insurance sector, ideally with VBV certification or willingness to obtain it
- Interest in cyber risks, new technologies, and digital business models
- Basic understanding of risk management and insurance structures or motivation to delve into these topics
- Very structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Very good communication skills in German and English are essential; good knowledge of French is an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn
- Career changers with relevant insurance experience and a strong interest in cyber topics are explicitly welcome.
