Do you have the skills to lead corporate clients effectively? Are you interested in working with some of the UK’s largest and most exciting Professional Services firms? As a Client Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading the day-to-day management and renewal of an account portfolio made up of mid to large sized law firms, accountants and consultants. You will handle Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Directors’ and Officers’ insurance, along with other lines of business, whilst supporting the Client Directors in the management of our client relationships. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our flagship London office.

What the day will look like:
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Support the Client Director with larger accounts while taking full ownership of the team’s smaller accounts — including managing renewals, checking slips, and preparing submissions, reports and other documentation alongside the Client Service Advisor.
- Develop a solid understanding of each client’s business, including their financial performance, goals, market position, structure and key people.
- Contribute to new business activity and help drive opportunities within the team.
- Work closely with Aon’s Global Broking Centre to support renewals and ensure high-quality client service.
- Collaborate with other Aon divisions to strengthen service delivery and support Aon’s broader growth strategy.
- Ensure timely client payments and assist with credit control where needed.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, helping to support their development.
- Follow Aon’s business processes, systems, procedures and insurer security policies to maintain high standards of compliance.
