Aon is seeking a Legal Counsel / Adviser in Employment Law (UK) to work from London or Manchester in a hybrid setup. You will partner with HR and business leaders, providing practical guidance across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and contracts to complex employee relations issues, restructures and exits.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years’ PQE in UK employment law, strong knowledge of the field, and the ability to build trusted relationships while delivering.
