What the day will look like
- Perform account management functions for regional clients.
- Collect and analyze data on coverages, loss experience and provide support in preparation of presentations for the regional clients.
- Manage the list of outstanding issues for each of the assigned clients.
- Actively support the renewal process, under the direction of the senior account executive or the Account manager.
- Prepare drafts of renewal proposals.
- Follow up for policy issuance and delivery.
- Policy review.
- Receive and manage coverage inquiries and customer requests such as certificates of coverage, endorsement requests, and insurance summaries, among others.
- Monitor and follow up on updating policy information in the corresponding systems.
- Ensure operational excellence, making sure that the service protocols agreed with each client are followed.
- Address and resolve problems and work as a main point of escalations.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
- Lead client regional meetings presenting the open items.
- Follow up of the open item with all Aon Offices.
