Are you a highly experienced Executive Assistant with the ability to quickly understand a team's priorities and dynamics? Are you able to organise meetings with multiple attendees and across multiple time zones on a regular basis? If so, then we'd love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

Supporting a busy, dynamic Executive who are regularly travelling and networking on a global basis your wide and varied role will include:

  • Advanced calendar, inbox, and expense management, leveraging digital tools and platforms for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordination of global travel and office management, utilising HR and financial systems.
  • Preparation and review of documents and presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Internal communications support and event planning, including minute taking and process improvement.
  • Data management, applying best practices for data integrity, privacy, and security.
  • Supporting Executives with absence and holiday cover as required.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including AI literacy and HR information systems.
  • Expertise in operations: financial systems, IT systems, process and change management, and compliance management.
  • Advanced data management and documentation skills, including document review, proofreading, and minute taking.
  • Project execution and delivery, with strong planning and organisational abilities.
