The role is critical for Aon to deliver in its Data as an Asset pillar and provide expert technical advice on Data Management to retain Aon's competitive advantage in the market by helping deliver on capabilities needed by the business as outlined in our Technology Markers.
The role will also be critical to drive the adoption of strategic technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and the evolution of Aon's Data Sharing Hub, as well as to evolve our practices around MLOps.

What the Day Will Look Like
- Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to ensure data architecture supports experimentation and deployment.
- Design and manage data systems, architectures, and pipelines.
- Prototype models, optimize data flows for ML, and contribute to Agent Workflow patterns across Aon to influence business operations efficiency and client experience.
- Build data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation pipelines optimized for ML use cases, influencing leadership direction and contributing to 3x3 initiatives.
