We are looking for a People Advisory Consultant to join our Talent Solutions team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on people and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops to understand client needs and co-create solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
- Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Advisory projects, including:
- People Strategy
- Skills Framework
- Organization Design & Job Architecture
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- HR Transformation
- Change Management & Culture Transformation
- Human Capital Due Diligence & Post-Merger Integration
- Oversee project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations.
- Partner with the Malaysia practice leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities and contribute to account growth.
- Support proposal development, pricing, and scoping for new engagements.
- Help introduce Aon's broader Talent Solutions offerings to clients where relevant.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across service lines.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance methodologies and service offerings.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 8–10 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or related advisory roles.
- Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver complex projects.
- Solid understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, skills framework, job architecture and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, with willingness to travel regionally.
