Aon is recruiting a Client Manager to join our Corporate team in Chelmsford. This is a hybrid role combining office, home and client-facing working, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful client relationships and leading delivery across your portfolio.

What the day will look like:

  • You will take ownership of a portfolio of Corporate clients, acting as the key relationship lead and ensuring a consistently high-quality service through collaboration with specialist teams across Aon.
  • Our Chelmsford Corporate team supports clients across a broad range of sectors, including food & beverage, retail, hospitality and the digital economy, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify client needs and introduce relevant Aon solutions and capabilities
