We are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our highly experienced team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for construction clients. Join a team focused on providing expert insurance solutions, offering unique opportunities for professional growth.
The Senior Client Executive will form part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clientele. They will work closely with Senior Leaders to provide support and assist in driving positive results in the region.
What the day will look like:
- Provide best in class service to a medium enterprise client portfolio, while supporting senior staff with more complex client accounts.
- Building strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and work with senior leaders to provide appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect clients' businesses.
- Managing and overseeing Builders Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirements.
