As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, researching companies and emailing prospects to promote our products and arrange appointments for representatives. Working within an FCA regulated environment you will be targeted to achieve individual, team and department objectives.

This is a virtual role and can be based anywhere in the UK with some travel to Aon offices as required.

What the day will look like:

  • Full training will be provided on product and processes to ensure you are a subject matter expert in your field.
  • Achieving personal monthly appointment targets.
  • Attain personal monthly conversion targets.
  • Maintain product and process knowledge to ensure that you are fully compliant to advertise our products within the FCA regulations.
  • Deliver first class customer service.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers.

  • Well organised and able to adhere to agreed timescales and quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • High levels of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good reasoning and decision-making abilities.
  • Good negotiating skills.
