Your Role As An Employee Benefits Consulting Graduate
From the get-go, you’ll meet clients, learn about their businesses and advise them on employee reward programmes. You will provide expert advice on the issues affecting clients, making a real difference to their businesses and the way they operate. You’ll spend time across consulting areas, learning how we consult our clients and how we make a positive difference to employees worldwide.
Your Development
As an Aon Graduate you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. The development programme focuses on three core elements:
- Business learning – on-the-job learning and experiences that enable you to develop knowledge and understanding of your team and solution line.
- Centralised learning – UK graduates complete an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops designed to develop your knowledge of Aon, build confidence and expand your network across our business.
- Continuous improvement – ongoing performance feedback, skills training and progression support towards promotion.
Your Career Beyond the Graduate Programme
After completing the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive support at Aon. In addition to continued technical and business skills training, you will receive regular performance feedback and work with your line manager towards promotions.
Entry Requirements
On track to achieve a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any degree subject.

Locations
We have graduate opportunities in the following location: London. The first 6 months will be office-based; afterward you can work flexibly while spending at least 3 to 4 days face-to-face in the Aon office or with clients.
