What the day will look like
- Data preparation
- Reinsurance pricing and analysis
- Actuarial model building and testing
- Presentation of results and advice to clients and brokers
- Actuarial research and development
- Training junior team members
- Promotion of actuarial expertise internally
- Working collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and client stakeholders

- Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

There will be a broad range of projects to work upon from inception to delivery and as a result, you will have engagement with other colleagues and exposure to clients and the wider firm.

- Highly numerate graduate with experience in (re)insurance pricing or capital modelling
- Experience in the London market or reinsurance
- Analytical skills – strong data analysis and manipulation
- Authority in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong communicator – presenting sophisticated ideas simply
- Strong time management skills – handling several projects at the same time
- Critical thinking – problem diagnosis and solving
- Creative, innovative and logical thinking
