Client Service Advisor x2 - Commercial SME Insurance – Leeds

Do you have experience in Commercial or Personal Lines or Claims insurance?

Are you adept at building lasting working relationships with clients and insurers alike?

If so, we would love to hear from you for this new Client Service Advisor role that will be part of our SME & Specialisms insurance team.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leeds office.

  • What The Day Will Look Like
  • Work independently while supporting the team to ensure delivery of the highest level of service to each assigned client.
  • Identify potential improvements in client risk & insurance programme and implement recommended changes when required.
  • Negotiate new business terms, renewal terms, mid‑term adjustments and cover extensions.
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports to provide full cover comparisons as needed.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with insurers and differentiate client coverage, service and industry knowledge.
  • Identify revenue development opportunities on allocated client accounts, using knowledge of products and services within the wider Aon community, and make appropriate recommendations to clients.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Insurance experience required (claims, personal lines or other insurance backgrounds).
  • Fully conversant with FCA principles, procedures and processes.
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise work and deliver accurately and on time.
  • Embrace change and react positively.
  • Proven relationship‑management skills.
  • Must work well in a team and collaborate with others.
